Organizations, on the other hand, can sign up for Verified Organizations, a new verification program designed specifically for businesses, brands, and other entities. Verified Organizations will need to meet certain criteria, including providing proof of identity and demonstrating a strong Twitter presence, in order to be approved for verification.
