A&T Capital, a cryptocurrency investment fund backed by Alipay, has announced the formation of an independent investigation team to look into allegations of rape and sexual harassment made against its founding partner, Jun YU. Two women, including a former intern at the company, have accused YU of sexual misconduct. Several other women, including current and former employees at A&T Capital, have also come forward with similar allegations against YU.

According to OKX’s response, YU worked for OK Capital from March 2018 to July 2019, and during that time, no reports of misconduct were received. OKX maintains a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment. It has pledged to take appropriate action if any such conduct is discovered.

A&T Capital has clarified that YU no longer represents or engages with the company, having resigned. Additionally, he has not responded to the allegations of sexual assault.
